Mission Statement

The Alfred L. Edwards Annual BBSA Conference is designed to promote the professional and personal development of current business students, alumni, prospective students and professionals. Our mission is achieved through:

  • Championing diversity and the spirit of giving back to our communities and to the Ross School of Business (Learn more about Dr. Alfred Edwards, a "Champion for Diversity")
  • Providing a bridge between constituents – from prospective students to alumni to visiting professionals – to create meaningful life-long relationships
  • Ensuring that conference programming is relevant to the current global community, corporate, and economic landscape
