Keith Bevans is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of Bain’s Healthcare practice. He joined Bain in 1996 and has worked on numerous projects in strategy, performance improvement, and change management.

Keith has assisted healthcare clients with growth strategy, organization redesign, adjacency growth strategy, M&A, program office and change management, and capability sourcing. He has expertise in reducing organizational and process complexity. He has also worked in several other heavily regulated industries including gaming, airlines, and defense.

Keith earned BS and MEng degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT. He also obtained an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He serves on the board of directors at his church and works with other non-profits. He lives in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood with his wife and two sons.

 
 
Linda Marshall, Vice President and General Manager, Chicago, IL, joined the Merchant Services division of American Express in 2005. She oversees business development for over 3000 merchants in 17 states. Key responsibilities include expanding merchant partnerships, revenue growth, and risk management for mid-sized businesses in a wide array of industries. Prior to joining American Express, she worked for a major telecommunications company where she held a variety of positions in Sales Leadership, Sales Effectiveness and Compliance, Sales Process and Operations, and Training.

Linda earned her BA from Pennsylvania State University and an Executive MBA in Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. She serves on the Board of American Express Assurance Company.

 
 
Paul Linton, Partner and Managing Director, Washington, DC, joined BCG in 2000. Paul received his MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to joining BCG, Paul spent 5 years with Motorola, Inc where he developed PC microprocessors and designed and deployed wireless communications systems. Paul has spent the majority of his time working with retail and consumer goods clients on topics including strategy, operations, and IT. Paul initially chose BCG because its low leverage model provides opportunities to hone business skills by working closely with senior clients and BCG partners
