Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in conference sponsorship! Below is an overview of what benefits your company will receive at various levels of sponsorship. We welcome you to review the information below and then speak directly with a Corporate Relations representative regarding the specific interests of your company. There are three levels of sponsorship available:

Platinum
Platinum sponsorship offers the most visibility within the conference. As a Platinum sponsor you have the option of being the lead sponsor of one of five core events. Your company logo will also be printed on the face of the conference program and on the conference gift bag. You’ll also receive all of the benefits that the Gold and Silver sponsorship levels provide.

Gold
At this level you will be a sponsor for one of several professional development panels. As a Gold sponsoring company you will have input on your sponsored panel content and will have the option of a holding a seat as a panelist for your sponsored panel. Please review the table below for the detailed benefits of the Gold Sponsorship level.

Silver
Silver sponsorship provides your organization with access to hundreds of talented current and prospective students and alumni. The conference provides numerous touch-points that will allow you to have meaningful interaction with conference attendees, including the option of hosting a table at all meals and keynote speaker addresses during the conference.

Platinum Sponsor Core Event Options:

Conference Welcome Reception
The Conference Welcome Reception marks the official kick-off to the conference weekend. The lead sponsor will partner with the BBSA to host the event. The sponsoring company has the opportunity to provide a formal introduction to the conference weekend, and will have a table available from which to distribute promotional items and network with current and prospective students. The corporate sponsor that hosts the Welcome Reception will be the first to be formally introduced to 400 anticipated participants.

Friday Evening Social Event
The Friday Evening Social Event occurs immediately following the Opening Reception and provides an opportunity for our conference attendees to mingle with one another in a relaxed setting. We’ll offer entertainment in a sophisticated venue and plenty of time to continuing networking early in the conference weekend.

Ross Leadership Breakfast
Ross School of Business club and organization leaders will be invited for breakfast and conversation with corporate representatives and BBSA alumni. Discussion topics will cover the current state of diversity in business leadership and effective ways to attract and retain top minority talent. Effective leadership strategies in changing times will also be discussed. The sponsor aligned to this event will gain exposure across the Ross student body.

Breakfast Keynote Speaker: Quintin Primo III , Chairman and CEO, Capri Capital

Networking Luncheon, Keynote Address
The networking luncheon is a marquee event in the conference weekend. The sponsoring company will host the luncheon and introduce the keynote speaker. Previous conferences have featured such keynote speakers as Earl Graves Jr., President and CEO of Black Enterprise Magazine and Carl Brooks, President of the Executive Leadership Council. Prior to or following the event, the lead sponsor for the luncheon will also have priority access to a coffee chat hosted by the keynote speaker.

Closing Gala Banquet
The Closing Banquet will serve as the culmination to a weekend of networking, professional development, and celebration of 31 years of achievement at the Ross School of Business. The event sponsor for the Banquet will receive recognition for distinguished dedication to the BBSA and will have the opportunity to share closing remarks with the audience.
